BE AWARE that Sandra Brennan took a check for $3,200 in March of 2008 and never returned to do the work.

BE AWARE that we've seen Thomas Brennan in court numerous times and that his case report is a good inch thick. Much of that is unrelated to his failure-to-work convictions, and ranges from drug abuse to child molestation http://ncfindoffender.com/details.aspx?SRN=006864S5 (all public information, as it has all been tried in court) but plenty of it does concern taking money for work he does not do.

BE AWARE that there are half a dozen cases just like ours, where these two bilked honest citizens out of the money and then claimed the materials were 'stolen'. They claim their truck was stolen. Their tools were stolen. Their trailer (with your materials on it) was stolen. But, they never report any of these thefts to the police. And they can't remember where they bought your materials. And they they reappear and ask for more money for more materials! (There may be more than half a dozen cases - these are just the ones WE know about, because we met the other victims in the court room while waiting for this to come to trial.)

This is not an isolated incident and the police actually LAUGHED when this crime was reported. They all knew these folks. They all knew about the habitual crimes committed. And yet, these two are still out on the street doing it again. (Shame on you, police force.)

We are in line behind the others who are trying to take them to court to get our money back.
